She is currently heading operations for an advertising firm serving clients across the globe. Her passion is to enable individuals to make educated decisions with their investments. She is realizing this passion with her own venture, Finart Advisory and Consulting Services, that provides wealth management consulting.

Surekha Rao is a Corporate Attorney with over 25 years of experience in different spectrum of activities with various corporate houses such as Venture Capital/Private Equity, Banking and Financial Services, General Corporate and Commercial, Information Technology and Real Estate. She is a Law Graduate from Bangalore University and holds PGD in Intellectual Property Rights from NLSIU.
She is the Co- founder of two Consulting firms – one focusses on providing Legal, Business and Commercial Consulting and the other provides HR Consulting Services.
She is passionate about empowering women Entrepreneurs by supporting them in setting up their business and ensuring that the Businesses are in compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
She understands the business requirements and thus is able to efficiently advice on complex transactions such as Mergers and Acquisitions.
She loves painting, especially the Indian traditional art such as Madhubani and Kalaamkari paintings. In her free time, she does not miss out on creating art work.
Trupti Kapadia

Trupti is a Company Secretary and qualified lawyer. Overall, she brings with her rich work experience of 23+ years out of which her association with financial services industry was for approx. 16 + years. Trupti worked for foreign banks – J.P. Morgan and domestic mutual funds discharging the function of regulatory compliance and corporate secretarial. She was Head of Corporate Secretarial at Nomura for India prior to bidding adieu to her corporate stint.
Presently, she assumes the role of a coach, trainer, mentors as a free- lancer. She mentors MBA students for being ‘professional job ready’, enhancing ‘employability’ quotient and imparts training on soft skills. Her passion to build a financially literate India finds her being active with conducting training programmes, webinars, workshops (including those of BSE/NSE/SEBI) on financial literacy and soft skills.
